What is the process if my card machine is out of order? Do customers still collect the rewards?
Problem with your card machine? Here's what to do...
No – not initially. We are currently working on a system whereby a Consumer can claim rewards by submitting a copy of their receipt if they were unable to pay using their registered cards due to technical issues with the Merchant.
This would require the Merchant to validate the claim by responding to a notification they would receive via our Merchant Portal or email.
