When will payments be due and how are these collected?

When you set up your account you deposit as much or as little (subject to our minimum deposit requirement)  as you wish into your ParkingPerx holding account.

Only when Consumers make qualifying purchases, are the rewards they earn plus any fees deducted from your Merchant Account which is held in Escrow. Any surplus can be refunded at any time and will be repaid within 5 working days. The ParkingPerx Support Team will inform you if your Merchant Account is low on funds so that you can top up your balance and continue to reward your customers.

If you choose to reward your customers with a ParkingPerx voucher these can be purchased via invoice and you will be responsible for providing these codes to your customers (in denominations of £2.50, £5, £10 or £20). Please note that ParkingPerx Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
