Why hasn’t my ParkingPerx balance updated yet?
Concerned you haven't received your Perx? We can help!
The ParkingPerx app regularly checks for spending transactions that have gone through the Mastercard / Visa platform in ‘real time’. Our aim is to update your balance within 15 minutes of your purchase transaction. If your qualifying transaction relates to an e-voucher purchase your Perx Balance should update immediately. However, this can sometimes take longer due to technical or connectivity issues.
We don't foresee this being an issue! However, if you feel you have not received the rewards from a qualifying purchase, you can raise this concern from within the app by going to the Settings>Contact Us and submitting a query or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include a photograph of your receipt and our support team will be able to manually update your Perx balance.
